Tule kehittämään ulkomaalaistaustaisille suunnattuja työllisyys- ja yrittäjyyspalveluita kanssamme! Ratkaisuriihi 24.9. klo 13-16 Helsingin yliopiston Tiedekulmassa.
Tilaisuudessa käsitellään käytännönläheisesti ja monialaisesti ulkomaalaistaustaisille suunnattuja työllisyys- ja yrittäjyyspalveluja. Tiedämme ennestään, että palvelut ovat usein hankkeistettuja ja sirpaleisia. Tietoa palveluista ei ole aina helppo löytää ja hankemaailmassa toimintatapojen juurruttaminen on haasteellista. Miten voisimme parantaa palveluiden laatua, saavutettavuutta sekä vaikuttavuutta?
Tilaisuuden aluksi kuulemme muutamia lyhyitä asiantuntijapuheenvuoroja. Ajatuksia herättävien puheenvuorojen jälkeen työstämme eri aiheita ryhmissä keskustellen. Tilaisuuden kielet ovat suomi ja englanti. Kielitoivetta kysytään ilmoittautumislomakkeessa ja sen perusteella osallistujat jaetaan kielen mukaan ryhmiin.

Join us to develop employment and entrepreneurship services in a workshop on 24 Sept at 1 pm-4 pm. Tiedekulma, Yliopistonkatu 4, Helsinki.
In this workshop we will develop services aimed at enhancing the employment and entrepreneurship of people with foreign backgrounds living in Finland. We will tackle the fragmented nature of the often project-based services. We will take a hands-on attitude in order to improve the services, aiming to enhance their accessibility and impact. To kick off the event we will hear short presentations by service providers and users. After the presentations we will work in groups to tackle specified problems and find paths to solutions. The discussion groups are going to be arranged according to the preferred language and interests of the participant.
